New Business, business development, new product launch…Batoul is a real intrapreneur. She is curious, agile, keen on making a complex problem simple, and always ready to put gas in the machine when projects need to move forward.
She started her career in the New Business department of Ogilvy & Mather Paris, where she experienced fast-track training: communications strategy, design, advertising, influence, digital, media…A know-how she rapidly put at the service of her clients, as she became account manager for Lactalis-Nestlé, Mustela and IBM.
Convinced that most of the work happens upstream, at the brand level, she joined the British brand consultancy Figtree, to learn everything about branding with the finest specialists. With them, she managed to open and develop Figtree parisian office by winning key clients: Orange, Schneider Electric, GDF Suez Trading.
Because brand strategy is pure strategy, she then joined the French state railway company SNCF to help the management launch their newest offer: Ouibus, a long distance coach company. She conducted the whole mission for them: design of the product, design of the offer, its positioning, its branding, the price policy, all the way down to the communication strategy.
But as many told her, you can’t move away from Ogilvy for too long. This is why she came back in 2012 to create the brand consultancy of the group: OgilvyRED Conseil. She does not like to do things like everyone else, so she gave birth to a new kind of consultancy: a firm that mixes strategies and transformative ideas to help organizations secure future growth by unlocking topline value. Since then, she accompanies start-ups and multinationals operating in categories such as luxury, banking, tourism, retail or industry.
