Before joining Ogilvy Consulting, Léa served as a strategic planner within several advertising agencies - Léo Burnett, DDB, Lowe Strateus - as well as several years at the Ogilvy New Business department.
A valuable experience thanks to its cross-expertise dimension – branding, communications strategy, advertising, influence, social network, media – and wide range of industries that were approached. Mirroring the wins that she took part in : defining and deploying the new Moët & Chandon global brand platform, re-launching Motorola in France, accompanying La Poste for its presence at the Las Vegas CES - to name a few.
Those first experiences have built for Léa the conviction that companies strategic stakes unravel at a brand level. Léa joined Ogilvy Consulting in order to help business and their leaders to take advantage of the unexpected thanks to branding strategy, behavioral sciences and innovation.
Since graduating from the CELSA – Sorbonne Branding and Advertising programs, Léa took trainings in Behavioral Economics and Design Thinking (School of Design Thinking - Hasso-Plattner-Institut).
